Committee Opportunities

Program Impact Committee
Role:  Program impact committee members share wisdom and expertise to improve the programming function; evaluate program opportunities, partnerships, and impact; oversee implementation of the strategic program priorities; and make sure strategic recommendations to the board and operational recommendations to staff.

Development Committee

Role:  Development committee members share wisdom and expertise to improve the development function; evaluate development opportunities and ROI of development activities; oversee implementation of the strategic development priorities; and support Inspire Awards and Corporate Sponsorship Program. 

Finance Committee

Role:  Finance committee members develop and present the annual budget for approval by the full board; review financial statements on a monthly basis, reporting key highlights to the board; and assist with selecting an auditor and reviewing reports.

Alumni Task Force

Role:  Alumni Task Force members help create the strategy and development of our new alumni association.  The Alumni Task Force will operate for 3-6 months to create and endorse the alumni plan, turning it over to the alumni committee which is a working group focused on implementation. 

Information Communications Technology Committee

Role:  ICT committee members act as a sounding board for staff; share wisdom and expertise to improve ICT function; evaluate ICT opportunities, ROI and partnerships; oversee implementation of the strategic ICT priorities; make strategic recommendations to the board and operational recommendations to staff.
